BECOME STRESS FREE

Close your eyes..........

Start breathing slowly and steadily keeping the same pace between inhalation and exhalation......

Observe the flow of oxygen into your body and to your lungs............

Feel yourself from within, inch-by-inch by observing your breath......  


Focus on each element of your body, at a time......



Suddenly you feel the part of the body you are focusing on becomes as light as a feather. Start feeling inside your body inch by inch. Continue to do so as long as you can. After a while you suddenly feel your body is missing for a moment!!!

It is completely RELAXED and the stress is TOTALLY RELIEVED. If you can do this once a day just imagine the kind of experience you can have. You get completely energised and will never feel tiered at the end of the day!!!

If you can remain in this body-less state even for a second it is good enough!!! 

Your battery will be completely charged!!!
